Homes in Audubon Park are charming and have a lot of character.  There are many different styles of homes in this subdivision and neighborhood, mostly Cape Cod and Traditional styles, although you will come across some Bungalow and Colonial styles as well.  Homes in the Audubon neighborhood were built in the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.  The Dogwood festival in the spring and the Arts and Crafts festival in the fall are two Audubon Park traditions. The city was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
